Make a Mugwort Dream Pillow
Haggath's recipe for clearer dreams

Mugwort — bylica — has been tucked under pillows in Polish villages for generations. Haggath still sews these little pillows by the fire in winter.
What you need
- Two squares of cotton or linen, about 10 cm
- Two tablespoons of dried mugwort
- One tablespoon of dried lavender
- Needle and thread
How to make it
- Sew three sides of the squares together.
- Fill with the herbs, holding a question you want to dream on.
- Stitch the last side closed.
- Place it inside your pillowcase and keep a notebook by the bed.
Write down what you remember as soon as you wake, before it fades. Replace the herbs each season.
Note: avoid mugwort if you are pregnant. Dried herbs and ready-made pillows are in Haggath's shop.
