A Simple Three-Card Spread for a Clear Answer
Celeste's go-to layout when one question keeps you up at night.
Updated October 28, 2026

When a question is circling, more cards rarely help. Three, laid with intention, are often enough.
Prepare the table
- Clear a small surface and light one white candle.
- Write your question in one sentence. Make it open: “What do I need to understand about…” works better than “Will he…”.
- Shuffle until your hands feel settled.
The layout
- Card one — the situation: where things truly stand.
- Card two — the obstacle: what is in the way, often something inside you.
- Card three — the advice: the next honest step.
Reading it
Look at the images before you look up meanings. What is the figure doing? Where are they facing? Then read the three as one sentence. A hard card is not a verdict; it is information. As Celeste puts it, there is no rushing what needs to be seen.
